Last week we got the chance to test 9 teams and 120 Athletes. All the way from ages U13 to U19 both boys and girls. 

We will be testing the Athletes three times per season and implement some small changes to their day-to-day training so that we can focus more on sport performance and Athletic Development through you the year.

The goal is simple: produce maximal force without movement.

By pushing or pulling as hard as possible, athletes can improve force production, tendon stiffness, joint stability, and body awareness in key positions.

We’ve been using the @calmachofficial to add resistance to our isometric work, making it easy to train force production almost anywhere.
